I worked with Elaine MacLellan when I was an Employee Relations Manager. Elaine saw a need for new manager training, and developed a program. The topics included Recruiting, Financials, Coaching, Performance Management, and Managing within the Law. The course was well received and always at full capacity. I saw a reduction in employee relations issues due to the training our new managers were receiving.![]()
