Our executive coaching engagements typically include the following steps:
- Contracting to establish expectations with the coachee, coach, manager, and HR.
- Assessment and Feedback to gather data and increase awareness regarding the coachee’s current performance, style, leadership competencies, leadership potential, interpersonal relationships, values, and/or interests.
- Goal Setting and Development Planning to identify new actions, measurable development targets, and relevant development activities.
- Skill Building and Coaching to promote progress, self-reflection, and accountability on development plan success measures and activities.
- Closing and Next Steps to assess progress with the coachee, manager, and other stakeholders, and discuss ways to ensure long-term, self managed results.
